Lifestyle portraits are a unique way to capture lasting memories of your family and those special moments in life.
I specialise in pregnancy photography, newborn and baby photography, children’s lifestyle photography, teens, family groups, pets and events. I have worked as a lifestyle portrait photographer for more than 15 years. My style of work is natural and contemporary.
YOUR LIFESTYLE PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
I offer a bespoke service for my lifestyle portrait photography. Each session is unique and considers your individual and family requirements. Images are captured on location. Your comfort is essential to me. I want you to be relaxed and at ease. My photography sessions are never rushed, especially when photographing children and pets. I want you to have an enjoyable experience and to provide you with beautiful images you can cherish forever.
A lifestyle portrait session includes an initial consultation. We will talk about what to wear, best locations for your shoot, props, etc.. During your session I will capture a selection of images to include individual portraits, various family groups, documentary style shots of your family having fun and any other detail shots that help tell the story of your family.

COUPLE PHOTOGRAPHY
Let’s have some fun! You might want to choose a beach theme, a countryside picnic or a city shoot for your pictures. Your Photography package will include a planning meeting to discuss your location, clothing, props, etc. and up to two hours of photographic coverage at your chosen location. Following your photo shoot your images are available to view in a private online gallery.
These sessions are ideal if you want a pre-wedding session to get to know me a little better before the big day or if you have recently got engaged and just want a fun photo shoot to celebrate.
NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY
Newborn photography sessions take place in the comfort of your own home where you are relaxed and at ease after the arrival of your precious family addition. These sessions are never hurried and are taken at the pace of baby and parents in order to capture natural images of this special milestone.
The arrival of a baby is unpredictable and so I do my best to work around you and your baby. Ideally, I am wanting to capture your baby between day 6 and 14 for those special curled-up, newborn pics. Newborn sessions may last 2 to 4 hours so that Mum can attend to baby’s needs during the session. I want relaxed parents and content baby so we just take our time.
PET PHOTOGRAPHY
Every pet is special and deserves to be photographed. I offer pet lifestyle photography for cats, dogs, horses and other animals.
Your pet lifestyle photography will provide you with a treasured keepsake of your family friend. I photograph pets as well as providing animal images for marketing and business promotion. I can supply marketing and promotional images for kennels and catteries.
Initially I spend some time with you planning your pet portrait photo shoot, to discuss locations, what to expect from your photography session and what you might want to finish up with.
Photo shoots with animals take time and patience which I luckily have in abundance. Your photography session will last about one to two hours in order to capture a selection of shots for you.
EVENT AND SPECIAL OCCASION PHOTOGRAPHY
I am available to photograph all your family events and special occasions. Let me capture a birthday, anniversary celebration, christening, engagement, hen party, black tie event, school prom, charity ball or garden party. I can provide you with great images and special memories from a child’s first birthday to a golden wedding anniversary celebration.
Hiring a professional photographer means you can sit back, relax and enjoy your party or event while I capture those unique images for you.
I specialise in candid documentary and lifestyle photography to capture the atmosphere and detail of your occasion.
VIEWING YOUR IMAGES
Following your photo shoot I carefully review and edit your images. A selection of images are prepared for your online gallery for you to view and choose from. This takes about seven to ten days.
