Lifestyle portrait photography for you and your family…
Lifestyle portraits are a unique way to capture lasting memories of your family and those special moments in life.
I specialise in pregnancy photography, newborn and baby photography, children’s lifestyle photography, teens, family groups and special occasions. I have worked as a lifestyle portrait photographer for more than 15 years. My style of work is natural and contemporary.
I offer lifestyle portraits for those special occasions and events in life to capture those ‘forever’ moments – an engagement, the arrival of a new baby, a family celebration, a favourite pet or simply a photo to back and remember.
♥ YOUR LIFESTYLE PORTRAIT SESSION
I offer a bespoke service for my lifestyle portrait photography. Each session is unique and considers your individual family requirements. Images are captured ‘on location’ or in your own home with our portable studio. Whether you choose a location or a ‘home’ photo shoot your comfort is essential to me. I want you to be relaxed and at ease. A portrait session is never rushed, especially when photographing children and pets. I want you to have an enjoyable experience and to provide you beautiful images you can cherish forever.
A lifestyle session includes an initial consultation. I like to visit you in your home before your shoot if you live close by to chat about your requirements and show you examples of my work. If this is not possible a Zoom meeting can be arranged. We will talk about what to wear, best locations for your shoot, props, etc. It is always a good idea to meet the children beforehand, if possible, this helps break the ice prior to your session.
During your session I will capture a selection of images to include individual portraits, various family groups, documentary style shots of your family having fun and any other detail shots that help tell the story of your family. A session is usually dictated by what happens on the day. I have learned over the years of working with children and animals to ‘go with the flow’ and not to have a rigid shoot plan!
